1. Get into your room, off main light, leave only dim lights on
2. On your aircon to your comfort
3. Take your pillow and lie on the floor, lying on the bed will make u fall asleep
4. Take out your music player and earphones and play the music u like, can be pop, rock, classical. I prefer earphones over speaker cos earphones gives u sense that u are isolated from the world. IEM works best.
5. Lie facing front and close your eyes. Since u lying on floor, most likely u wun fall alseep too easily.
6. Ocassionally open your eyes to view the ceiling
7. go thru all your tots..if you find yout tots too over whelming, close your eyes and let your tots flash thru your mind...after a while things will get more sorted out
8. Continue till u finally feel relaxed and calm and able to sort out your thinking..
This works for me well. Was feeling terrible for the last few days cos friends pissed me off. They call it PMS. __________________
